Today is the first day to kindergarten for my son! I was the most nervous person thinking of sending my little boy to Kindergarten!
The day start at 4.30am for me.....sigh.... i could not sleep well since he was still having slight fever. I was turning left and right and checking on little boy. A good day to kick start since his fever has recede. 6.20am I'm off to kitchen to do breakfast. By 7am the Husband left to work and i went up stair to wake up my little boy when i realise the orientation week start at 8.30am! Sigh..... anyway i had short nap until 7.30am.
Woke up little boy and prepared him to Kindergarten. It was my mistake to give him spicy curry for "idiyapam" that he make a big fuss to eat...... Somehow manage to make him eat little bit and dress him up with new uniform. It was already late by then. The clock shows 8.30am.....ARaggggg!
Arrived at Kindergarten around 8.50am. All the kids was already inside listening to teachers instruction..... with slumber face i went inside holding my son! Luckily there was big smile on the teachers face and they welcome us! Gheee......
The orientation week class is only for 2 hours. Little boy never cry but he was always looking out for me while playing and singing! I had to follow him everywhere and end up being another "little girl" .
At 10.30am the class was over. Happily i bring little boy back to his grandma's house. In the car i did ask him how is kindergarten. He told "Nice"! I'm not sure if it was nice because i was there and he might have thought that i will be there everyday! I don't really know how to explain to him that Amma cannot be there all the time. After all he is only 4 years old! I told him that tomorrow he have to be on his own and Amma will be outside the building waiting for the bell to go off! Hopefully he understand and do not make any stunt!
I'm back to work now. Thinking about the whole morning stuff make me laugh! I was just too nervous and clumsy! After all it's just a first day to kindergarten for little boy!! hahhahahhaa.....
