I bake an Eggless Chocolate cake for my Birthday last month! I think I'm the only one who bake own Birthday cake... ;-)
It happen to be that my parents visited me too around that time. My mother is a vegetarian and this is perfect for her too!
I did 2 mistakes. First i bake it too long and cut it while it was still warm! Therefore the cut pieces doesn't look so good! Nevertheless the taste is so good!!!! Thanks to Kitchen flavours for the recipe! I will try again next time !
